Bread is magic. It “absorbs” the energy, thoughts, and feelings of the person who kneads it. Bread is more than food – it is a promise, care, prayer, gratitude… Since ancient times, bread has brought people together around the table and made the silence cozy. Where there is bread, there is a home, and the smell of freshly baked bread is a memory that never gets old. It teaches us humility – it reminds us how little it takes to be grateful.

Ingredients:
1 package of sourdough starter or 1 package of dry yeast
300 ml lukewarm water
8 g salt
500 g flour
Method of preparation:
Sift the flour. Make a well and add the yeast and lukewarm water.

Knead the dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and leave it to rest in a warm place for about 20 minutes. Then knead it again, adding the salt. Let it rise again for about 2-3 hours or until it doubles in volume. Heat the clay pot in the oven at 2000C. The dough is shaped and placed in the heated dish. Slits are made on top with a bread knife. It is closed with the lid and baked at 2500C for 35 minutes. Then remove the lid and leave the bread for another 5-10 minutes to brown on top. Remove the dish from the oven and leave it to cool on a towel, not directly on the stove.
